I made these photographs for an assignment on the OCCULT. I wanted to tell a story, although my final images don't express that as much as I would have liked them to. I am still getting use to the 4x5 camera and waste/ruin at least two exposures each time.
the one of the little girl (your daughter) is incredible because at first i thought it was you, like you had somehow taken a photograph of yourself as a child. it's amazing. it shakes all boundaries that normally exist, she is like a mirror to a time that is gone. she looks so much like you it's crazy. i really love this photo, i would love to see where else you could go with this blurring the lines between mother and child, blurring time.
